There are two distinct areas: the first-floor area and the ground-floor area (cellar). 12 single beds. 2 triple rooms and 3 double rooms. INVENTORY First floor area 2 toasters, 2 microwaves, saucepans, large frying pans, 2 coffee makers, cutlery and plates for 12 people, chairs and benches for 12 people, tin opener, scissors and bottle opener, 1 large fridge, 1 oven, 1 ceramic hob. Ground floor area (Cellar) Chairs for 12 people, plates and cutlery for 12 people, barbecue tongs, tin opener, scissors and bottle opener, 1 large fridge and 1 ceramic hob. Pellet stove: a person will be appointed to be responsible for refilling it and its operation will be explained* (*please consult the house rules).

Outdoors: bike washing area, bike tools, garden, barbecue (charcoal to be provided by the guest), porch, public swimming pool (a few metres from the house), views of the Sierra de Guara and Montearagón Castle, 4 minutes from Huesca city centre and 30 minutes from the ski resorts. Sport: ideal location for training and practising any sporting discipline: mountain biking, road cycling, enduro, downhill, XCO (circuit just 1 km away), trekking, trail running, triathlon, skiing, swimming.
