We decided to turn Grandma’s shop – a well-loved local landmark in the village – into a small, cosy restaurant.
We opened our doors on 11 March 2017, following three years of training at the “Escóla d’Ostalaria de Les-Val d’Aran”, work experience in various restaurants and a placement in Paris.
Our philosophy is to craft high-quality products with a great deal of care. From bread to chiretas, and desserts too.
