Travesía cicloturista tour de Guara. Stage 1: Colungo – Panzano

The first stage begins in the small village of Colungo, on the border between the fertile foothills and the mountains further
wild. A must-see in the municipality is the Rio Vero Cultural Park, with its splendid examples of rock art.
The route runs along the southern edge of the Sierra Natural Park of the Sierra and the Canyons of Guara, heading towards the exceptional medieval village of Alquézar, officially designated one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Spain.

From Alquézar, the route continues westwards along quiet roads, winding through olive groves and vineyards, passing through the charming villages of Radiquero, Adahuesca and Alberuela de la Liena. After passing through Bierge, the route continues along another narrow local road to Panzano, at the foot of the impressive Tozal de Guara, an ideal place to rest before tackling the second stage.
