A highly recommended route for taking your time to enjoy the finest scenery in the southern part of the Sierra de Guara.
The route climbs from the foothills of the Adahuesca mountains towards Alquézar, passing through holm oak forests, cereal fields and Mediterranean crops such as olive and almond trees. The route from Alquézar to Radiquero involves a series of gentle ups and downs, offering beautiful views of the foothills and the surrounding flatlands. From Radiquero, we will gradually lose the elevation we gained during the climb until we reach Alberuela de Laliena and finally Adahuesca. Along the route there are a few steep ramps but short, with the route generally very gentle thanks to trails in good condition.
The route can be extended by combining it with the routes to the Hermitage of Treviño or San Pelegrín.

Signage
The route is signposted as the Vuelta al Pie de la Sierra route, but the signage has disappeared at a few specific junctions. Before reaching Alberuela, ignore the signs pointing to the village on the right and continue straight on towards the main road, following the GPS track.
