Desafío Tozal de Guara

• This is a physically demanding route; you’ll need to set off early and avoid the hottest times of day.
• The trails are rugged and rocky, so you need to have good tyres and stay focused to avoid falls.
• No water supply between Panzano and Nocito nor between Used and Panzano. It is important to top up the water at these points.
• You need to bring plenty of food; the route requires you to eat well, not just energy-rich food. It is recommended to make a stop at the refreshment station in Nocito.
• The path from Vallemona to the Arraro track is very stony and difficult to cycle on in places. Don’t push yourself too hard, and if necessary, get off the bike – remember that the second section is faster and more fun.

• GPS tracking route. There are signs for the Sierra y los Cañones de Guara Natural Park at some junctions, mainly between Cuello Bail, Nocito and Used.
