Riberas del Cinca

A lovely, well-signposted route for beginners, which follows the banks of the River Cinca and takes in the village of Artasona. The route starts at the Chuaquín Mill and continues along the right bank of the river until it reaches the El Grado dam. After crossing the dam bridge, take the first path on the right and follow the left bank of the River Cinca until you reach the point where the climb up to Artasona begins, passing through orchards and enjoying lovely views of the Sierra de Ubiergo. In Artasona, a visit to the castle is a must, after which you should continue along paths through holm oak woods and fields until you reach the main road. Once there, we will carefully make our way down to the dam and then return to Molino de Chuaquín.
