The perfect route for getting to know the trails of the Sierra de Guara and discovering some of the most beautiful villages in the area.
The route follows the southern face of the Sierra de Sevil, starting in Alquézar and climbing along a track towards the small village of San Pelegrín. The path continues gently uphill and then downhill towards the chapel of the Virgen de Viña, which is 1 km from the route. Just at the turn-off to the chapel, a path marked as the ‘Camino Natural’ begins, leading to Radiquero. The path is flat and pleasant to cycle along, with just two or three slightly steeper downhill sections. After that, take a track through olive and almond groves that winds down to the pretty village of Radiquero and from there back to Alquézar over uneven terrain.
